With our current system, there are more people wanting to follow the medical profession than we have seats in the schools for. So our taxpayer's money should be spent on more seats, not making it cheaper to become a Doctor.

With our current system, there are more people wanting to follow the medical profession than we have seats in the schools for. So our taxpayer's money should be spent on more seats, not making it cheaper to become a Doctor.

The seats in the schools are limited by the AMA via their control of state regulation. We don't need more taxpayer money. We need less government meddling.

My son is an ER doctor and when car victims come in the check their voter registration before they help them... to make sure they get the maga or anti-maga treatment they deserve. Whay a silly OP. Doctors do not care about politics. Most of us in the workplace have no use for politics much less doctors. The ER treats everyone according to their need.

Absolutely. People who are capable of great achievement often assume that makes them experts in everything. So a doctor with all that training might think that makes them an authority on politics. Tech people often fall into this hubris as well (eg Musk).

Next thing I know I end up with plastic wear, one suicide watch, and a shrink asking me leading questions; the answers of which could've got me sent to a funny farm. I have no control of my muscles below my arms and no longer have a purpose. Nursing Homes are facilities for folks to wait until they die.
