I did, sometime participating, but they were not productive at solving problem, or working on organizational or policy matters. Somewhere between Junior High, graduation, college and the military, most of us gave up the disruptive, combative BS, because teachers, Army Officers, business owners, bosses, fellow managers, and customers expected us to get something done, even if it meant we couldn't waste our time and energy on gland games in public.I didn't stand around to watch those.
