I keep on thinking of the old question, "How many Pollocks does it take to screw in a lightbulb"? OK, I should apologize for that remark but, "How many liberals does it take to count in math and how long should it take them"? But, to be fair, they probably know the exact count and are thinking two things:

1. how do we come up with the votes needed to win?

Anyhoo, they finally processed the vote by mail ballots. As of this morning, they have about 5,000 left to process (conditional, provisional, and contested ballots) to see if they will qualify to be counted.
