I came home whole ... so I don't need thanked ... many of my fellow veterans didn't come home whole ... and they deserve being taken care of ... call your Congressman and make sure they fund VA fully and completely ...

If we don't want to pay the taxes, we should bring all the troops home, and keep them safe here ...

I will grant you that we'd have been there longer, it is not true that we'd still be there. Those protestors did their cause more harm than good as the general public dug in their heels and were not going to be led by those dirty hippies.

Doubtful. We were kicking the VC's ass, and we would have won and Vietnam wouldn't be communist today.

But thanks to leftist protesters.....they turned Vietnam into a loss. Millions of people lost their lives for nothing.

My flags hang on my front door today as I think of this poem, and all it means TO ME, while paying homage to those who were willing to give their lives to protect the United States of America. Those who served had my back and yours. How could I not treasure them.
