On this vetrans day, let's not forget vetrans deported by Donald Trump

To whatever extent any alien (legal or illegal) veteran of the U.S. military has served and received an honorable discharge, he or she should be automatically entitled to become a U.S. naturalized citizen (unless ineligible for some other specific legal reason).

I could get behind such a bill. Heck. I’d even support making it retroactive, including a provision allowing such individuals to be naturalized even if they had previously been ordered “removed” by an immigration court (again, provided that the deportation wasn’t based on any criminal behavior since coming into the United States).

I responded to a picture of Biden looking at his watch while, apparently, at a funeral. They were implying Biden veterans like Trump. No comparison. A poor attempt to justify Trump's disrespect for the military.
The increased recruitment after Trump elected is a good thing. It does not take away from what Trump has done and said in the past.
Today's power structure is of people who spit at, slandered, attacked and smeared American veterans coming home from Viet Nam. My generation going out on a repeat performance from the Nam era.

Hundreds broke the law and voided their naturalization agreement?

That's awful!
For things like alcohol related crimes, domestic violence, PTSD related crimes

Ya know… things vets deal with pretty regularly

So you'd rather they were put in prison, Elmer? That's the alternative to deportation.
I feel we owe all who served, specialconsideration. As they said, many who ave committed crimes have PTSD from serving. A very serious crime may be different. But you deport them, they are not in prison. They are dangerous criminals who can snaeak back into the US.

No, an undocumented or "illegal" immigrant cannot serve in the U.S. military, as enlistment is limited to U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents (Green Card holders)
. To join the military, non-citizens must have a Green Card and be legally authorized to work in the United States, in addition to speaking English fluently.
Obviously there are a number of liars. After all, illegals cannot vote nor can they serve in an elected office. Yet we have evidence it is done. The remedy is, deport them when they are found even the military.

Many who committed crimes are suffering from PTSD from serving. Who deserves citizenship more than someone who served.
A wife, of a guy who had bone spurs, who worked in the USA illegally. She should have been deported before given a green card for illegally working in USA.
Melania Trump was paid for 10 modeling jobs in the United States worth $20,056 that occurred in the seven weeks before she had legal permission to work in the country, according to detailed accounting ledgers, contracts and related documents from 20 years ago provided to The Associated Press.

ICE will not provide information on vetrans deported. There have been hundreds documented but they feel there are many more.
Documented by whom? I disagree with deporting anyone who served in the military. I think that should be an automatic citizenship, however, youre not supposed to even be able to enlist in the military unless you are a citizen, or a green card holder, so im assuming those deported would had to have been green card holders?

yep you have to have the green card and you also must be able to read and speak English...

Who deserves citizenship more than someone who served.

Someone who served and then didn't commit crimes.

Void your agreement, lose your benefits.

If you work without legal permission, that's bad?
Immediate deportation? OK.

Make up your mind, Elmer! One minute you're saying they deserve "special consideration" and then in the same paragraph you declare them to be "dangerous criminals" that we should worry about sneaking back into the country! (Something that would be rather difficult since Trump has secured the border.)

Now you're worried about super models working in the US? Boy those photo layouts sure can be a danger to society...can't they, Elmer! Let's get rid of those scary foreign super models but protect the rights of drug selling illegals! (eye roll)

Virginia had a Republican govenor until this week
Glenn Youngkin won his election because his Democratic rival told Virginia's parents that public schools knew what was better for their kids than they did! Probably one of the dumbest statements ever uttered by a politician.
