They are running a promotion on November 11th (VETERANS Day), and will provide a free meal if you come in uniform or show a military ID.

What?

If you are a VETERAN, you can't do either. That only works for ACTIVE MILITARY!

So on Veterans Day, they honor people who are not, technically, veterans.

As a retiree, I have a military ID.

Not sure how anyone with less than 20 would prove their service.

Perhaps a DD 214?
