My late aunt had a Thanksgiving Day menu that my Dad had sent her while he was stationed on the USS Oriskany (CV-34) during the Korean War. I think that's the oldest menu I have...

I have a menu from Gitmo Cuba during the Missile Crisis. The food was great but we had to eat the entire thanksgiving meal in a G.I. mess kit.
