Lol.
It can be left to you to worry about everyone else's genitals. After all, someone has to do it, right?
What American factory was that from the 1970's? That looks more like European/Eastern European/Russian.Automation deletes more jobs than it creates. That's why companies automate.
Here's an American auto factory from the 1970s. Look how many workers:

Here's an American auto factory today. See if you can find the humans:

How are Trump's tariffs on automobiles going to bring back those jobs?

While in Kinston, North Carolina, on Nov. 3, former president Donald Trump gave a shout-out to David McCormick, who is running for office in Pennsylvania.
Sure he does with lies and BS.That's it? The man can go to multiple rallies in multiple states and speak for hours off script. Joe Biden was a vegetable.

Jan 29, 2020 — The USMCA is the largest, fairest, most balanced, and modern trade agreement ever achieved. There's never been anything like it.
And today, we’re finally ending the NAFTA nightmare and signing into law the brand-new U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement. Very special. Very, very special.
The USMCA is the largest, fairest, most balanced, and modern trade agreement ever achieved. There’s never been anything like it. Other countries are now looking at it, but there can’t be a border like that because, believe it or not, that is by far the biggest border anywhere in the world, in terms of economy, in terms of people. There’s nothing even close.
This is a colossal victory for our farmers, ranchers, energy workers, factory workers, and American workers in all 50 states and, you could almost say, beyond — because it’s all beyond.
For the first time in American history, we have replaced a disastrous trade deal that rewarded outsourcing with a truly fair and reciprocal trade deal that will keep jobs, wealth, and growth right here in America.
And, in a true sense, it’s also a partnership with Mexico and Canada and ourselves against the world. It’s really a trade partnership, if you look at it that way. And it’s a day of great celebration in all three countries.
NOW, it sucks, just like your LYING, dear leader
Sure he does with lies and BS.
Cope. He won and he's not a dementia patient like Joe Biden.
I have no knowledge of exactly what products need to be protected. Nonetheless, doing things this way (revenge and across the board) is going to generate a trade war in which the people that will be affected is us. We (the people) will be the ones that sufferlso what would be your recommendations Lucky? ~S

Then why the tariffs? Dumb Shit. You just proved my point. Thanks for being dumb.
But were is the suffering when 2 Trillion in biz comes back to our shores on a short time, w/more to follow Lucky?
Seems the real suffering was when it all left after NAFTA , which was a trade war as well

You cannot answer. LOL!!I do not comment on things that I have little knowledge or details about. Having said that and commenting generally, tariffs can be good if done intelligently and with a good reason behind them. Not the way that Trump is doing this, which is mindless.
Au Contraire Mr JoeAs someone who works in procurement, I can tell you, that biz is not coming back.
yup, but even i can see what works.....Sparky, you are the stupidest poster on the board.
True. But we don't want experienced workers doing these jobs once they hit 55. Their bodies will revolt and it's not good to have people work longer.Services industry can be taken over by robots. Easily. You think a help desk can't be run by an AI assistant? Not completely so but there's a lot of AI investment in service.
Meanwhile, let me know when you think AI is going to take over plumbing, roofing, electrician wiring, carpentry, utility pole work, welding, etc...I could go on. There are shortages in these fields. You don't need to take out a six-figure loan to get trained either.
