What part of the agreement negotiated by Trump don't you understand. Anwar Sadat was killed because he sought peace with Israel----yes, under Carter. I previously said that Jimmah was a good man who did some good things. The botched hostage rescue was not one of his good things.

Since you are determined to worship Carter, do you remember the gas lines of the 70s that his policies caused? Do you remember the failed hostage rescue that killed several American soldiers? Do you remember that the hostages were released the day after Reagan took office? I really hate to say it but Bill Clinton was the most recent good democrat president, if only he could have kept it in his pants.

He really, really sucked at helping people while president. Did a great job afterward. He probably deserved his Nobel prize, unlike Obama, who was given one before he actually did anything which, in retrospect, was a mistake because they later found out that Obama didn't ever wind up doing anything to deserve one.

yes he did, that has been acknowledged previously. The problem is that that agreement did not stop the violence and religious hate in the mideast. Muslims and Jews have been fighting the same war for 2000 years. Carter did not end it. The Crusades ended it for a while, but as long as one muslim imam survives the war will continue.
