Meatloaf is good with bison meat, gorganzola (sp) cheese and marinara sauce. And then colcannon

Meatloaf is good with bison meat, gorganzola (sp) cheese and marinara sauce.

interesting & kinda gourmet sounding.
i use a pound of 90% lean beef & a pound of beyond burger, eggs, ketchup, & 2 packets of the dried lipton onion soup mix.

every year on christmas eve, we watch christmas story & christmas vacation. tonight is a charly brown christmas; & then later this week will be a christmas carol w/ george C scott, & it's a wonderful life.

already watched rudolf & the grinch.

all the older ones bring me back to being a kid.
