For all our problems and injustices, America is still a great country. At times we have not done well in living up to the ideals upon which it was founded, and we do have work to do to make America better than it was. The first step to that IMHO is civil discourse, which lately we haven't been too good at. Let's do better.

As a Military Veteran and a retired Police Officer I never in my wildest dreams thought that the "Glorious 4th" would turn into an exercise in anarchy. God help us if democrats ever get their slimy claws on the Constitution.
