But you know these photos are real. Starving out the Palestinians is the plan.
That is disingenuous of you. You know very well that I have not made a single claim that the photographs have been digitally altered.
The claim was that these photos are
deliberately deceiving in that the children are not suffering from a lack of access to food but from chronic illness which create an inability in the child's body to properly process nutrition. Children with these types of illnesses die of malnutrition in countries like Canada, the USA, the UK, and elsewhere. Why? Because it isn't the abundance or lack of food that is causing the medical condition.
My claim is that using (exploiting) ill children in this way is intended to
deliberately deceive people to believe there is famine and starvation of otherwise healthy people in Gaza, when there is not.
Maryam is receiving treatment for her as yet undiagnosed illness, specifically:
- Intravenous fluids
- Potassium chloride
- High levels of Vitamin A
- Broad spectrum antibiotics
- Ready-to-use therapeutic foods
- Special fortified, therapeutic milk

Are her medical records proof enough? No, you will probably declare them faked. Would a video of her mother discussing Maryam's illness (Arabic, English translation) be proof enough? What would be proof enough for you?
An article came out today which identifies TWELVE children whose photographs were used in multiple and prominent media (BBC, The Guardian, NYT) as "proof" of widespread famine and starvation, but were, in fact, children suffering horrific diseases. (They were able to access English and Arabic sources. Its paywalled, but I can try to find it.)
Once faced with evidence such as this case, and others, honest people would re-evaluate their opinions. But you are so mired in your Jew-hate that even the most obvious of blood libels bounces.
