Yep. I expect that most of those Hamas will return to wherever they go only to return again to attack Israel or someone else in the future. But at least we get the hostages back and at least temporarily end the fighting.

ITMT, we can only hope that Israel shores up its defenses to make another 10/7 harder to pull off.

Well, yeah..why did Trump take so long is in question here. He could have resolved this Epstein circus quickly or taken a lighter approach to the Russia Ukraine war to focus on dealing with the Hamas to release the hostages.

If these hostages are released and Trump negotiates lasting peace, I want to hear EVERY member of this forum give Trump his due. Regardless of your politics, he is working damn hard for Americans and for global peace which in the long run will save Americans and others from real harm. Trump will need to be fairly and equally heavy handed against both sides for this to be achieved I suspect. Bibi is definitely feeling the heat to now find peace to the point that Israelis.could topple there government if they don't. Trump can achieve this if he remains objective to the process, even though Israel is the strategic and spiritual partner in the region. If he succeeds it will add to his legacy.
