Diseased illegal immigrants are nothing new. A decade or so ago, my co-worker’s husband came down with a persistent cough. After months, the doctors finally diagnosed it as Whooping Cough. That disease was eradicated in the USA nearly a hundred years ago. It’s been reintroduced by illegal aliens and passed to citizens who aren’t inoculated against it and many other diseases that we have eradicated in the USA.

As long as there is no source for the eliminated diseases, vaccines aren't needed. That's why they stopped vaccinating for Whooping Cough and Polio.

Yes, many common diseases from the forties and fifties were eradicated in the USA by universal vaccination programs. Look around at teenagers now, you won’t find many with smallpox vaccination scars on their arms.
