No Sleep Tonight. __ old movies cookies milk couch -- blanket pillow doze (my com not working. can some one line up correctly)

gentle exercise

caffeine consumption
java limit just one cup
before nine am

kick late day stressors
to kingdom come for relief
tough on sleeplessness

friend melatonin
low dose tablet may be best
one hour till bedtime

Celestial Seas'nings

doubles deep sleep time
