H.R. 5029 - Economic Freedom Act of 2010

ALERT! FEDS ATTACK THE DISABLED!

The IRS is issuing warrents against disabled people on SSI! People who became permenantly disabled from employment due to seriuos medical conditions and didn't qualify for regular social security benefits were put on SSI disability. Though, there are many others on SSI under different cicumstances being victimized by the progressive Fascist IRS. Once on SSI, many could no longer afford pay child support because of the low monthly SSI payments which are based strictly on personal needs, and these SSI payments are federally exempt from child support collection agencies. Usually, Family Court Judges exempt people on SSI from having to pay child support under hardship waivers. However, many progressive Judges today will not give out this waiver which allows large amounts of back child support to pile up on disabled people. The progressive Judges do this injustice to the disabled under the pretense that a person on SSI might come into some kind of money in the future, and therefore be confiscated by the gov't.

In the mean time terror and force is being enforced upon the disabled people of America.... More feindish polcies from Obama and his band of treasonous subversives who infiltrated our gov't....

The IRS warrents state that they will seize any and all assets the person on SSI has for up to 20 years. Slavery and Oppression at its finest!

Again, to Antagon, the bill cuts out about a trillion dollars worth of spending right off the bat. It starts starving the beast right where it is most bloated without causing any unintended consequences. It recognizes that everything can't be done just because it feels like a good idea. Some processes have to be done slowly and carefully and with much consideration to not create unintended consequences lest we make things much worse in one place while trying to make it better in another.

I was happy with the spending cuts included. If they could accomplish that, they could get the rest done in the right way too.

of course you are happy, fox. that is just the sort of conservatism neoconservatives are overjoyed with. there's no serious spending cuts in the bill, whatsoever. arbitrarily cut whatever was budgeted and not spent by the other guys' stimulus plan. yea and TARP, too... not only is that not a trillion dollars, but converting stimulus to tax relief stimulus leaves the beast untouched, but rather makes more permanent and volitile moves toward insolvency.

cut the amount of money the government spends, fox. not 'spend the stimulus this way'. wake up, buddy.

I think eliminating a trillion dollars of spending is a damn good start.

And once you start starving the beast of the funds for irresponsible spending, which the proposed legislation does, you have extra ammunition to tackle the rest.

You do NOT accomplish anything by feeding the beast with more and more tax increases. Congress has proved for a very long time now that it WILL spend whatever revenues come in and then some. There is no such thing in the U.S. government that translates to saving for a rainy day.

again, fox, not a trillion dollars. the beast that money feeds is the wider, private economy, furthermore.

reducing tax has nothing to do with changing the budget. it never, ever has. how naive are you willing to make yourself look in the defense of this half-steppin legislation?

cool it with 'the beast'. your comprehension, i'm increasingly convinced, is marred by your poetic characterization of the issues at hand and of the concept and onus of conservatism. there are no sustained spending cuts or structural conservatism entailed by HR 5029. there is politics and tax-cut conservatism which has not stopped a congress of any party composition from spending eagerly into the red. there is no starvation mechanism to tax cuts - this is another garbage attribution to tax cuts. you've amassed a heap, which you have not substantiated with fact. the impact on the front end, is simply taken out the back door through open market competition for investment when the bonds go flying. hundreds of auctions a year to feed the debt.

tax cuts, fox, create an illusion of conservatism which simpler americans are satisfied with. one benefit to taxation rates which better matches our spending would be political angst against the wastes we tolerate in government, and the bipartisan march to outspend one another.

what better example is there than the bush tax cuts that you clowns applauded, no doubt, as some kind of beast-starving heroics, when the reality is you should have had your lil' markers and posterboards out then, claiming bullshit. all that fake starvation, fox, i see that the beast has only grown fatter.

tax cut-conservatism is naivete, fox. you wave the flag for it.

Ah, now we're down to objecting to the terms used, the way I express myself, and ad hominem which usually renders constructive debate unlikely if not impossible.

We will have to agree to disagree at this point.

But I win. :)

hardly ad hominem, fox.

the bigger criticism is that you turn a blind eye to the fact there is no cut in permanent spending, but permanent structural changes to the tax code. that is a debt maker; beast-feeder if you must.

dodge the facts as you will, but it doesn't change them.

"Turn a blind eye' and 'dodge the facts' are ad hominem dear. Look up the term. But ((((hugs)))). You put up a good fight.

sigh. what would neocons have were it not for 'ad hominem' 'red herring' and 'straw man' to bust out when they don't want to substantiate their claims?

Okay, okay I take back my hug. Wouldn't want to shake up the image or anything.

Gov't forced immigration to undermine our Country to institute a new form of marxist/fascist global gov't.

They have by and large leveled our playing field. Put us in direct competition with dictators and slave labor knowing we would end up just like them.... Except they have allowed our enemies to buy up or put our businesses under, and buy up American soil in preperation for their one world order. Flooded our communities with illegal and legal immigrants bankrupting us, and undermining us. Do not blame the private sector workers or thier unions for this treason for many have been deceived. These evil entities have indoctinated many with anti-union propaganda to divide us and strip us of our wealth and power. Private sector jobs and unions went under because they could not compete with people who are forced to work for nothing, and who know nothing of second amendment rights. The politician, and their Marxist/Fascist multi-national corporate elite have trillions of our dollars and investments stuffed into off shore bank accounts and vast holdings over seas. So, they broke well beyond even in their labor negotiations world wide. This is why Greece and many other Countries are in the same boat...they have been taken to the cleaners as well by the same global crooks and their puppet politicians....

Well, for many when their unemployment runs out it will not leave them with too many choices. They could get a mental diagnosis and get SSI or get a job with a mental health organization as a peer advocate for other people on SSI due to the same axis one mental diagnosis. It is a growing business here in NY. Or they can get a good paying gov't job in other areas. They pay up to 12% higher than the highest paid private sector union job that may stll exist. Or they can get into the so-called underground economy like so many have. Or they can get a job at McDonalds which wont pay the rent either. Or get themselve locked up in an institution of some sort. We have a few brick throwers around who like to get out of the cold or get three hots and a cot.... Many career opportunities still exist in the good old USSA....

You should not blame all unions. Many are gone along with their jobs. SEIU is the biggest and the baddest headed by Marxist who support the current Marxtist policies hoping for a world unified police force, and care less about the private sector. The private sector unions did not own or Control the companies that may still exist or that were shipped out. They did not control the wide open border policies, the making of unconstitutional and anti-American trade treaties, did not control the IMF corporate welfare bank, Fed reserve, the manipulation of markets and policy by multi-nationals and gov't to undermine American businesses and take them over, etc.... I suggest you take a hard look at many of the links I posted that bares this out. Stop blaming the Amercan work force private sector unions for things they had no control over except at the voting booth which has also been a fraud now for many years promoting a two party myth....

This sucks! This site wont let me post links to back up what I say...How progressive!

Eventhough foreign companies set up camp here in America they are underminig our companies and so much more as I had pointed out here. I do not like supporting communist, imperialist, fascist, or socialist regimes. I do not like having our jobs out-sourced either. If our cars cost a little more so be it! These foreigned owned companies can work people for next to nothing in their own countries, and eventually here to keep their control, and holdings in our country which is not good for America for many good reasons. They are gov't owned and controlled. The workers have no union protections, power or voice. Eventually, we will be worked for next to nothing, and will not be able to buy what is produced by the majority of workers. Gov't workers will alway drive and live better for controlling you and keeping you in your place. The more our good paying private sector jobs are eliminated and some replaced by lesser paying jobs with less union protections, and benefits the closer we come to global enslavement and servitude. It is already happening now. Cheaper and foreign is not better for Americans. People have this anti-American attitude because it is promoted by our enemies, and with our private sector being undermined and subverted, people easily adopt this self-defeating attitude that allows them to self-justify looking for cheaper products to fit their unemployment or lower incomes. We have had upward mobility in our private sector not found in dictatorships that in our country was achieved through hard and dedicated work. We had a higher standard of living constituting a middle class which is vital in maintaining the wealth and power in the hands of the people, kept a political balance of power within a free enterprise Republic, and allowed the creation of more private sector businesses in our communities. America first!!!!

Read this and tell me this isn't exactly the path we are going down!!!!!! What the hell is it that they don't understand about illegal???
Thank God for Arizona, they had the courage to pass a law to do what our Federal Government refuses to do - enforce immigration laws.

Wherever you stand on this issue, please take the time to read this important truth......

We know Richard Lamm(D) as the former Governor of Colorado. In that context his thoughts are particularly poignant. A while back there was an immigration overpopulation conference in Washington,DC , filled to capacity by many of America's finest minds and leaders. A brilliant college professor by the name of Victor Hansen Davis talked about his latest book, "Mexifornia", explaining how immigration - both legal and illegal was destroying the entire state of California. He said it would march across the country until it destroyed all vestiges of The American Dream.

Moments later, former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm stood up and gave a stunning speech on how to destroy America.

The audience sat spellbound as he described eight methods for the destruction of the United States. He said, "If you believe that America is too smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let's destroy America. It is not that hard to do. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and fall and that 'An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide."

"Here is how they do it," Lamm said:

" First, to destroy America, turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bicultural country. History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. The historical scholar, Seymour Lipset , put it this way: 'The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension, and tragedy.' Canada, Belgium, Malaysia, and Lebanon all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with Basques, Bretons, Corsicans and Muslims."

Lamm went on:

" Second, to destroy America , invent 'multiculturalism' and encourage immigrants to maintain their culture. Make it an article of belief that all cultures are equal; that there are no cultural differences. Make it an article of faith that the Black and Hispanic dropout rates are due solely to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other explanation is out of bounds."

" Third, we could make the United States an 'Hispanic Quebec' without much effort. The key is to celebrate diversity rather than unity. As Benjamin Schwarz said in the Atlantic Monthly recently: 'The apparent success of our own multi-ethnic and multicultural experiment might have been achieved not by tolerance but by hegemony. Without the dominance that once dictated ethnocentricity and what it meant to be an American, we are left with only tolerance and pluralism to hold us together.' Lamm said, "I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with the salad bowl metaphor. It is important to ensure that we have various cultural subgroups living in America enforcing their differences rather than as Americans, emphasizing their similarities."

"Fourth, I would make our fastest growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated, and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass have a 50% dropout rate from high school."

" My fifth point for destroying America would be to get big foundations and business to give these efforts lots of money. I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult of 'Victimology.' I would get all minorities to think that their lack of success was the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming all minority failure on the majority placation."

" My sixth plan for America's downfall would include dual citizenship, and promote divided loyalties. I would celebrate diversity over unity. I would stress differences rather than similarities. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other - that is, when they are not killing each other. A diverse, peaceful, or stable society is against most historical precept. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation together. Look at the ancient Greeks. The Greeks believed that they belonged to the same race; they possessed a common language and literature; and they worshipped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic games. A common enemy, Persia, threatened their liberty. Yet all these bonds were not strong enough to overcome two factors: local patriotism and geographical conditions that nurtured political divisions. Greece fell. "E. Pluribus Unum" -- From many, one. In that historical reality, if we put the emphasis on the 'pluribus' instead of the 'Unum,' we will " Balkanize " America as surely as Kosovo."

" Next to last, I would place all subjects off limits. Make it taboo to talk about anything against the cult of 'diversity.' I would find a word similar to 'heretic c' in the 16th century - that stopped discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like 'racist' or 'xenophobe' halt discussion and debate. Having made America a bilingual/bicultural country, having established multi-cult um, having the large foundations fund the doctrine of 'Victimology,' I would next make it impossible to enforce our immigration laws. I would develop a mantra: That because immigration has been good for America, it must always be good. I would make every individual immigrant symmetric and ignore the cumulative impact of millions of them."

In the last minute of his speech, Governor Lamm wiped his brow. Profound silence followed. Finally he said, "Lastly, I would censor Victor Hanson Davis's book 'Mexifornia.' His book is dangerous. It exposes the plan to destroy America. If you feel America deserves to be destroyed, don't read that book."

There was no applause. A chilling fear quietly rose like an ominous cloud above every attendee at the conference. Every American in that room knew that everything Lamm enumerated was proceeding methodically, quietly, darkly, yet pervasively across the United States today. Discussion is being suppressed. Over 100 languages are ripping the foundation of our educational system and national cohesiveness. Even barbaric cultures that practice female genital mutilation are growing as we celebrate 'diversity.' American jobs are vanishing into the Third World as corporations create a Third World in America. Take note of California and other states. To date, ten million illegal aliens and growing fast. It is reminiscent of George Orwell's book "1984." In that story, three slogans are engraved in the Ministry of Truth building: "War is peace," "Freedom is slavery," and " Ignorance is strength."

Governor Lamm walked back to his seat. It dawned on everyone at the conference that our nation and the future of this great democracy is deeply in trouble and worsening fast. If we don't get this immigration monster stopped within three years, it will rage like a California wildfire and destroy everything in its path, especially The American Dream.

If you care for and love our country, take the time to pass this on.

If we ever forget that we're one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under" - Ronald Reagan

A coupl of facts:

Puerto Rico agricultural; They were at one time #1 in Sugar, Coffee, and Various tropical Fruits. They were also self sufficient in Cattle, Fishing and Poultry. Then FDR decided to build Bases and industrial complexes that enjoyed tax free status for ten years each after which they packed up and left; leaving their employees scrambling for new jobs. The Majority of the former agricultural lands were developed into subdivisions for the workers of those industries. With each acre developed the subsistance food diminished, making the Island more dependent on imported food and goods. As the jobs dissapeared the displaced workers looked to government handouts, until now the tax breaks have been repealed, making business venture of any largess unatractive to large business investment, and the people even more dependent. Only two bases and a large sattelite tracking radar remain of any value to the U.S. The Sugar and Coffee that were #1 collapsed when Cuba was given all the contracts at cheaper prices to the dictatorship of Batista.
