From what I have heard so far he is thought to be brilliant and mainstream. He is well liked by many on both sides, he is reported to have an impecable juducial record.


So Im guessing that means most liberals will hate him

Roberts wrote a brief that supported the overturn of Roe v Wade. This means for sure that the left wing is going to oppose him.

In any case, if the ACLU is "deeply concerned" about Roberts, then Bush's pick must be a pretty good one!
