Oddly, no physical description of the shooters or victims are presented, even though this information is known by both law enforcement and the AP. As there have been no arrests, such a description might be helpful for the public in apprehending the shooters.

I read the article and the conclusion I drew was that, rather than "hiding" their description, the felt no need to supply one because they were interviewing witnesses and suspects.

Since the police and lib media did not identify the shooters as white its 99% sure they are persons of color

To be honest, their aren't that many white people out on the streets of Montgomery at that hour or any hour. I lived there three years, and I went to the downtown area once. That was in the late 80s.

Yep, black defendants walk into court with long criminal records, and often display open contempt for the process and the court. A white defendant usually walks in with a much less extensive criminal record, and shows respect. It’s no wonder that penalties are generally harsher for blacks.
