Gun owners required to take course including being shot

Officers are required to BE tased before they carry one on-duty. Presumedly to give them confidence in its' effects just as military go through the tear gas house to gain confidence in their gas masks.

Inspired by this, lawmakers have submitted a bill making it mandatory than prospective gun buyers be shot in order to become familar with the effects of gunshot wounds.
