Without America, Greenland would have been under the control of Russia some time ago.

People don't understand that it is not a choice of "two bad options", it is a choice between two systems. Everyone has a big brother. Do you want a big brother who wants you to be free and successful for the betterment of man kind or a big brother who will send you to the gulags if you offend their leader?

There are efforts by Europeans and others because they genuinely don't like seeing America expand. These are weak people for whose opinions I don't subscribe to.

It's a part of Denmark, an EU country. Denmark doesn't need to do much. If the US invaded, then all of NATO would have to fight the US.

This is NOT "NATO spending". This is military spending, of which the US spends loads on other things, like Iraq and Afghanistan, nothing to do with defense.

And the US spends loads of building planes, but doesn't deduct the money it makes from selling such planes to NATO countries at a profit.

Germany has all its troops available because they're at home. The US doesn't.
