Green coffee for weight loss?

Is it helpful for weight loss?

I think I've heard of this, but never tried it. I like my coffee as dark and strong as it can be. I have to order special cups that don't melt.

The most reliable way I know to lose weight is to cut wheat out from the diet. Lose wheat = lose weight.

What would this taste like? Like Pogo I like coffee very strong, I have no cream in it, but I must have sugar in it.

I've had Green Tea, I quite liked it, haven't heard of Green Coffee before.

I don't need to lose weight, I'm like all women in my family, we luckily can eat what we want and not put significant weight on, and my weight is in proportion for my height of nearly 5' 10".

Even though I don't need weight control things, if the Green Coffee tastes nice and can be as strong as regular coffee, I would think of trying it, just from interest, but I wouldn't prefer it to my regular coffee.

I really think these things are all scams, I doubt there any well designed clinical trials,however, if you didn't want to quit your real coffe, you can get green coffee supplements.

Well that's a point, it wouldn't be the first scam of this nature or the first scam that plays on the weight loss angle.
