I was glad to see the Warsaw Pact fall apart, when it did. the break up of the Soviet Union? Removed a potential rival.


But now? Russia is never going to be a problem for the US again, unless we decide to rush up to it's borders and start a war at a place that makes things easy for them, and hard for US.


If you have dreams of some greater Ukraine or some such concept that is hindered by a strong Russia, or even a surviving Russia, that is your pet peeve, not mine.
