I don't know, the two almost seem disconnected but from what I can gather "Hopalong" wasted two guys (Northface and Whiteshirt) then the security guard got into the act and shot "Hopalong" and the guy in the orange jumpsuit.

But you can tell it's the same negro blast-fest by the red Dodge Challenger in the lot.
