Governor Rubio tells it like it is about Marxism. Somehow, "we" should convey the message to the Cuban people that THEY have the power to end the Embargo. Cuba has vast human and natural resources that could be exploited to get some hard currency onto that shit-hole of a society. But it will require big government reforms.
