I agree rescind the order let the rioters burn the city to the ground while Governor hair gel sits on his hands because he knows these people won't show up in his high-end neighborhood and those of his supporters and when it's over and he ask for federal disaster aid tell him to pound sand.

What happened to Posse Comitatus?

What happened to Posse Comitatus?
******* violent scumbag leftards happened to it.

Leftards are tyrants. They think they can change the law through violence, without using the Congress.

Talk about a bunch of unconstitutional scumbaggery...

and return control of the force to California, calling the initial order unlawful and "intentionally designed to inflame the situation."

It's pretty easy to see that the deployment was meant to be inflammatory. I think tRump is looking to incite something to justify declaring martial law.
No need to have the national guard there if everyone is just peacefully protesting. If they aren't, and California refuses to stop the violence, then the national guard is needed, Newsom or no Newsom. If he gets in the way of law enforcement then we arrest him.

It’s illegal for the National Guard to police civilians in this context as they are not being deployed by the governor. When federalized the Posse Comitatus Act is at play. And things are nowhere dire enough to invoke the insurrection act.
