Some years ago there was an article that there are local tax notices that are generated repeatedly and are not frugal in costs to do. So the system keeps printing up a bill for someone. It also has an issue for rounding out the payment the consumer owes. If this is true, then the real costs can be high even though they should not be by anything of logic.
