they are not a gun until you do some machine work oon them (and it's EASY) It's not illegal to possess one that's finished. you can order them thru the mail, no gov't bs at all. Ditto the rest of the gun's parts. anti-gunners HATE this, which is good enough reason to buy one, right there.
