Good Question:Lets Say Record Cold Winter Thru April.Will Left Claim It Was The Hottest Year Ever?

And how many times,maybe over the last 8 or so years, these unknown scientists claim that the previous year was the hottest year recorded since "16 Something",,or "17 Something", and lately, since 19-Something. And when they know they are losing the argument, it's usually,,"Last Year Was The Hottest Year On Record !!!!"
Well, are they gonna make that announcement again this fall?
It's as if they only take the data from May thru October. Never mind the coldest six months!

And remember how cold it was in Minnesota last week of 2017? was that included in the data that said 2017 was the hottest year ever?
