Care to elaborate on how a mayor could "seize the means of production" exactly? What powers does the NYC mayor possess which would allow him to do so? Im not convinced that even if the State Legislature voted for it that the Governor could "nationalize" businesses and make them state owned. The foundation of essentially all liberty are property rights.
