Americans buying homes would mean the US Economy is picking up. Foreigners buying those homes would mean that THEY have the money and not us. You honestly don't see that?

After the Civil War the Carpet Baggers came in and bought up everything in the South real cheap. Would you have announced that as "Southern Economy Improving"?

I buy and flip houses with a buddy of mine from Florida, so we are American.

That is a pretty good way to earn a living, great risk and reward business. It seems you got it down, so more reward than risk. It works well in this economy.

A two year high may be better than last year but it's no where near 'full steam'. Full steam was what we had back before Obama first came to Washington, three times what the extreme left is now calling today's "good news."
