10 Health Benefits of Walnuts
Walnuts are exceptionally nutritious and may keep you healthy in many ways — including helping with weight management, brain function, and certain medical conditions.

I saw a film about this a few weeks ago and Ive decided to give it a go. I fancy it on my salads and I will look into other uses.
Apparently walnuts are not widely grown these days and its expensive because its very much a manual process.
Does anyone else consume walnuts and the oil ?
