Oil is down for two reasons:

1. OPEC+ output has increased as Saudis look to punish OPEC+ cheaters producing too much - they have scaled back a bit since the demand has plummeted.

2. Economic indicators are retreating and fear of a US/China trade war have people betting on a demand slowdown

Neither is good for America but keep cherry picking the small side effects of an economic meltdown and spin as good. You guys are awesome. I do agree that it will create significant pain for Russia which is good for sure.
