Godzilla 2014

Ever since I was a little boy, Godzilla has been my favorite monster. He used to scare the pants off me when I was 5 or 6 years old, watching him in the original with Raymond Burr.

Yes, there have been many many really bad movies made with him in them. Too many to list. I did however like the version with Matthew Broderick in it. Even though it diverged wildly for the original.

I just saw the trailer, or part of it for the next Godzilla movie. I'm excited, it looks great.

I keep hearing Blue Oyster Cults Godzilla song in my head.

Oh, and I was sooooo pissed as a kid when I watched King Kong vs Godzilla and that stupid ape won. In reality that fight would have been over in 5 seconds when Godzilla fried him to a crispy critter with his radioactive breath.
