Funny, science and anthropology insist that human like does not date back 6 million years. In fact the first hominid that walked on its hind legs dates back to about 4 million years ago, and no one ever described Australopithecus anamensis as human like.

The first any member of the Homo clade appeared was roughly 2 million years ago. If you want to call them human like I won't quibble, but it still took a million years for the first tool user to show up.
