I, as do my colleagues, have a 2 week 'vacation/break.'
We call it Christmas Break, some even say Winter Break. I say Christmas Break.

When we gather and get ready to leave for break, I say Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas to you and your Family.
I don't see the problem.
I don't see how saying Happy Holidays is WOKE to you, unless you are a sensitive snowflake because I used a phrase encompassing a 2 week period of time.

On or near Christmas Day, I will certainly say Merry Christmas.
On New Years Day and Evening, I say Happy New Years, but not as much anymore because I'm in bed.
