Gas prices seem to have been bouncing around for weeks now.

Yesterday I drove past the station I usually note gas prices and it was $3.05 cash.....Oh well, Memorial Day Weekend coming and all I thought.

This morning I drove by and it was $2.77 cash!

A .28 cent drop in a day?

Yep, last weekend (Memorial Day) it went up to $3.15, today it's $2.81.

They claim the holiday increases are due to trucking costs due to increased volume/demand during a long holiday weekend.....Makes some sense I guess given the shit ton of traffic I saw in my AO.
