As I said, there are certain jobs the private sector can't do. Infrastructure is probably one of them. The government does not deal with reality as much as an ideology. Are you familiar with the ban on CFCs in 1987 from refrigerants? We weren't allowed to release them into the atmosphere starting then. The claim was they depleted the ozone layer and caused the ozone hole. That's was shown to be a complete hoax, but the damn government got its way and caused billions of dollars to be lost by having to recapture freon.
