This is a HUGE problem because you have 5 states of displaced victims. I can tell you that not having electricity for 7 days, I was so behind what was going on in the world. Imagine those with no electricity, no phone, no home.... HOW do they know what/where help is available?

This is a HUGE problem because you have 5 states of displaced victims. I can tell you that not having electricity for 7 days, I was so behind what was going on in the world. Imagine those with no electricity, no phone, no home.... HOW do they know what/where help is available?

Even with damage around you if electricity is restored, it is a reliable comfort. Some semblance of normalcy in a bad situation returns.
