The way they get their money is to get the Mrs.--Melania or anyone--to arrange for a household expenses loan, unsecured, and in 7 figure amounts. Gratitude in person cannot be expressed since he donor in question is actually fighting extradition to the USA--but a very good friend and close, (or note) associate of Vladimir Putin(?)!
