Well....legal tacticians all say when you have numerous codefendants....trial should start with the MOST likely to get convicted and go through the rest.

Jury announced....deadlock. Normally a judge would end it there. But no...he said go back and try again. Which even further strengthens the evidence that this is a politically motivated witch hunt.

This cop is going to be not guilty. So are all the others.

So folks.......

of course it does......

Judges often tell Juries to "go back and try again". It's just one less thing to Appeal.

And it should make you feel good too. Why? Because if a jury of this persons peers who heard all of the NAKED evidence, could not conclude that he was guilty, then we know the evidence is lacking, and that ANYTIME one of us is accused of something for political reasons, AKA "witch hunt," we have a decent chance of our peers seeing right through the smoke screen, and allowing us to go home to our families where we belong!

Personally I'd drop the murder charges and work to charge the police with something less. They fucked up and should spend a little bit of time in prison.

For what? Medical negligence? Doctors kill 50k a year that way. They don't go to jail.
