Germany: Maneuver "Steadfast Defender" endangered by infrastructure

Over 10.000 US soldiers are coming to Germany for a large maneuver and they bring a lot of tanks. Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, Manfred Nielson, however, said the infrastructure´s condition in Germany is alarming and bridges might not withstand the load. Also, the railroad is not able to transport tanks.
