From an American perspective, every European country can be considered socialist. With their pension system, public education, healthcare etc.Not quite. Norway built its wealth on exports and oil reserves. It does have a large socialist net but the country is highly homogeneous. Switzerland is highly capitalist and you may purchase citizenship there for a sound sum of money. They also have interesting banking laws. The people there are highly educated and wealthy, far from socialists. Sweden is very very very liberal.
