A knifeman who killed three people last night at a diversity festival in Germany was heard saying 'I'm going to stab everyone' before launching the attack, as anti-terror units join the hunt for the slasher.

It comes as a 15-year-old boy is being quizzed over claims he knew about the attack in Solingen, western Germany hours before, but failed to report it, police revealed in a press conference.
