German Service Quality

Argh, i´m driving mad

maybe we make the best cars in the world but our service quality is still lousier like in Botswana.

I´ve got a small business about maps and folders. I just sended nearly 50 requests for a printing job up to 1000 pieces.

by now i´ve got 20 rebuffs.

"No, we can´t do it...wrong format/size/paper/charge/weather...."

Man, i move to the states. You´re the inventor of service. Thanks

Printers refusing work because they cannot fill the order?

Must be a very special kind of order.
