"Ballot harvesting" is the practice of collecting and delivering absentee ballots .

It is legal in 31 states. The biggest problem with ballot harvesting is the possibility of discarding ballots.

The ballots themselves are legal and subject to all the normal safeguards as far as ID and authenticity.

Georgia does not allow it. That in no way means the ballots are fraudulent, only that the handling of them is subject to legal repercussions.
