45 Lost. Get the fuck over it. 45 is a loser.

But cults gonna cult.
At this point, they no longer care about the lies, distortions and sheer grift of 45 and his cabal. Member can disagree with states certifying their elections, they are just plain denying reality.

Not one of 50-Secretaries of States in our country have reported voter fraud.

Disagreeing with the reality of 45 LOSING does not change that REALITY.

We now see the only real reason 45 won in '16 was due to Russian Interference in that election. 45 is wholly incompetent in his office. It has never been his winning (which he did not) it is about him. Right now, the only real reason 45 does not want to leave office is the fact that New York Attorney General Letitia James will be coming after his and his criminal family at 12:01 PM on Wednesday January 20, 2021 knives drawn.

I can hear it now, 45 is going to pardon himself.

Well guess what GroppenFurhrer followers. A Presidential Pardon only cover's federal crimes. The State of New York can and will go after him.

1. 45 IS A LOSER!!!!!

2. 45 LOST!!!!!

3. 45 IS A LOSER!!!!!

4. 45 LOST!!!!!

5. 45 IS A LOSER!!!!!

6. 45 LOST!!!!!

7. 45 IS A LOSER!!!!!

8. 45 LOST.

9. 45 IS A LOSER.

10. 45 IS GODDAMN LOSER!!!!!

This is just sucking up to Trump after he signed off on certifying the election...if it's true. I can't find any mention of it on legitimate media. It would just be to avoid Trump's tweet wrath.
It's legit--but what got left out was that the audit is to be part of an attempt to avoid issues in the runoff for Senate--it is not about changing the tally in Georgia at all..that cannot be done..now the the certification is over.

If the investigation into voter fraud from the federal level gains traction, then the certification is null and void. It will rise to the supreme court, and then it might end up going to the legislator's.
Your first sentence in unproven and likely untrue.

The SCOTUS must have a case to rule on...if Trump’s suits keep getting tossed because they are false on the face....SCOTUS will never see them. Nor do they want to get involved in this shitshow.

Rotflmbo..... What do you think the scotus is for numbskull ? It's when the lower courts can't deal with a case of great magnitude or that rises to a certain level, and they lose direction due to local biases and such and/or activism being present on the bench, then the case is lifted to the highest court in the land (the scotus).

The scotus hears cases that can't be settled in the lower court system, and it has the merit's to be heard at the highest level court in order to exhaust all avenues of justice properly. We must protect the constitution or we no longer have a nation.

Joe Biden will throw the nation into civil war. People have just about had enough probably. His rejuvenation of those who lost the people's confidence and vote, is a huge slap in the face to this nation. He will be the agitator and race baiting chief, and he will be way worse than Trump ever was thought to be about dividing a nation. You'll see. It's already started.

They have a case, heading to federal appeals court now. Trump's team is citing equal protection.

If you're talking about the 3rd circuit court of appeals, don't get your hopes up. :)

"To be clear, the Third Circuit has only agreed to consider briefs. The court has neither said it will necessarily want oral argument, nor done anything to stay or otherwise delay the commonwealth’s certification of the counties’ tabulations, which is taking place today, and which was one of Judge Brann’s reasons for declining to allow the Trump campaign to file a second amended complaint".

Only one place to go from there if it's rejected. Seeing as it's a direct Constitutional matter, SCOTUS won't ignore it.

If it's rejected out of hand SCOTUS will look at and likely take it up. It is on regards to millions of people's Constitutional rights being violated.

Again, the SC is not taking this election up. This is not a constitutional matter. No one's rights were violated. There is no court anywhere, right or left slanted that will vote to disenfranchise millions of people. And basically saying that the states don't have the right to conduct their own elections. Again, Trump lost. I understand you're pissed. But screaming "rigged" or "fraud" won't change the outcome. I'd focus on those two Senate races in GA. Trump will be forgotten inside of six months.

I don't have a media. But I do understand that you're living in a hopeful fantasy world. That isn't healthy. Donald Trump is all done on 1/20/2021.
Best that you move on and accept it.

Whatever dude--there has to BE a case first..for it to advance.

Only one place to from there if it's rejected. Seeing as it's a direct Constitutional matter, SCOTUS won't ignore it.
They won't even take it up. This is a ruling to consider briefs, not rule on it.
Clearly your tainted media hasn't told you what this about. Believe what you want.
I don't have a media. But I do understand that you're living in a hopeful fantasy world. That isn't healthy. Donald Trump is all done on 1/20/2021.
Best that you move on and accept it.
It will be great to have a real president again.

U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, turned down the request for an injunction by Trump’s campaign. In his ruling, Brann said the Trump campaign presented “Strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations ... unsupported by evidence.”
Mathew Brann the Obama appointee? Oh how surprising.
The knockout punch will come in the Supreme Court when all the evidence of cyber theft and
massive election fraud will be presented. Millions of votes stolen!

I can see why you guys get woodies thinking of these piddling lower court rulings but when the atom bomb hits
...there will be nothing left of the Biden campaign at all.
There isn’t going to be a Supreme Court ruling. You might want to prepare yourself for the bad news. And the Biden campaign has already ended. He won by a landslide.

‘Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.”

That quote isn’t from President Trump, who criticized mail-in voting this week after Wisconsin Democrats tried and failed to change an election at the last minute into an exclusively mail-in affair. It’s the conclusion of the bipartisan 2005 report of the Commission on Federal Election Reform, chaired by former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker III.
====================
Guess what?? There can NOW be no AUDIT of Signatures that change the vote, in that the envelopes that have signatures on them have been separated from the ballots inside them. Therefore, if a signature is, in fact, invalid, Georgia officials have no way of knowing what ballot to throw out.

Stacey Abrams and the dems are home-free with their scam.
