Are you contending this report is a lie? What is your evidence?

Dont NEED evidence. The original handcounts are just bookkeeping. It's the BALLOTS themselves that count. The fact that it's a BATCH of less than 2000 votes just shows this was not systematic.

The TABULATED results are from running the ACTUAL BALLOTS thru the machine. Not the original "handcounts".. That's why if they HAVE the 1100 and the machine read them correctly -- this "find" does not matter at all..

What is does show tho -- is that HAND RECOUNTS may be FAR less accurate than machine tallies. The only reason they are done is to rule out machine errors.. But this is an example of WHY if the machines dont work -- we're screwed..

Actually -- recounts ought to be done on 2 different competitive tally systems.. Just to rule out the "Dominion confidence factor" which is in the tank right now..

But elected officials and government don't do their voting system jobs with any smarts and competence during the years between elections..

But Sterling, Voting System Implementation Manager at the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, says Shafer is stirring the pot, causing confusion over a non-issue.

According to Sterling, the audit is running its course, and quality control is in place across Georgia’s 159 counties.

Releasing internal audit results, like Shafer’s tweet, is premature.

“This is why you don’t release interim audit results because human beings are going to make mistakes in a hand count audit. The error was discovered, it was corrected,” Sterling said.

The error will not change the outcome of the election in Georgia. Biden is the projected winner of the Peach State.

Baoky Vu, a member of the DeKalb County Board of Registrations and Elections, blasted Shafer’s Twitter statement.
