I'm not being partisan here...I would expect that either party might use it...I'm not upset because it worked a certain way I'm upset because I absolutely believe there is massive vulnerability.

Well I kind of understand what he's coming from but just because it seems like an insane occurrence doesn't mean it didn't happen. The five late counted ballot states All produced a very thin margin of victory and at least three of them a total turnaround from earlier in the evening. As I recall it was a mathematician at the time who spotted the trend. The problem with using a general algorithm is that if you use it too many times it leaves a footprint like a fingerprint.
