He said that they had gay and straight couples kissing as Macklemore sang "Same Love", a song about gay marriage rights, but that the camera seemed to avoid a lot of the same sex couples. If anything, it sounds like a cop out on their part. They didn't want their homophobic viewers changing the channel.
