Interesting that Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris, Karen Bass and other Dems are in open defiance of Federal Law and the United States Government. This has not happened since the Democrat Massive resistance in the 1950's and 1960's fighting integration and Civil Rights, and prior to that the Civil War supporting slavery.

The Trump Administration is simply enforcing Federal Law, which is their job. Newsom, Harris, and Bass among other Dems, are in open defiance of enforcement of Federal Law, are doing nothing to support or protect Federal Law enforcement and openly stating they will defy the Federal Government. Isn't this what the Confederacy did?

That's an act of intimidation to obstruct and interfere with ICE and the immigration emergency process that Tom Homan warned Newsom about in not being above law, now he can be arrested.

The LA PD should sue Gavin for putting their lives in jeopardy for political games. TRUMP should sue Gavin into bankruptcy for interfering with his duties to protect and give us national security.

Someone needs to go back to Maxine Waters words and call to insurrection in fighting ICE agents and hold her responsible using clips of their words on Trump being responsible for JAN 6, difference Trump used the words peaceful protest, Maxine used violent rhetoric aimed at inciting violence and breaking of laws and might have organized some of this terrorist actions.

Newsom, Harris, Bass all blaming Trump and Homan using ICE to enforce immigration laws for the riots.

Illinois J.B. Pritzker, at a recent Democrat fund raiser, called for riots and punishing Republicans, to give them no peace.

The problem with utilizing the National Guard or active duty military in these situations is that they have no teeth. Ever since the Kent State 'massacre' 55 years ago, they have not been allowed any real power in domestic situations. Their presence is most symbolic. If they even carry weapons, those weapons most likely have no bullets.

We all still have those terrible images of the deadly clearing of protesters from Tiananmen Square or Peron's bloody clearing of the streets of Buenos Aires. Should the U.S. National Guard or other military be given actual power to enforce the law, the cries of fascism!!! would ring across the land.

What leader would want that on his/her resume?

So when the governors, other elected leaders, the police refuse to do their jobs, I think we're screwed.
